Cream Cheese Sausage Balls, YUM!

  • 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment)  Roll into 1-inch balls.  Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.

Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked.  If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.

Stay cool in this Texas heat by enjoying this deliciously refreshing treat!

Ice Cream Pizza

For this recipe, you’llneed:

  • 16.5 oz roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • vanilla ice cream
  • pink food dye
  • strawberries, sliced horizontally
  • apples, peeled and shredded
  • M&M’s® Red, White, & Blue Peanut
  • M&M’s® Red, White & Blue Milk Chocolate
  • (Optional) Skittles® Red, White, & Blue

Let the vanilla ice cream sit on the counter for 30 minutes to soften up.  Once soft, transfer to a large bowl and add food dye until you love the color.  This will be the “pizza sauce” however don’t feel like it needs to be a dark red.  I made mine a light pink.
